The difference in actual play is meaningless most of the time, but the more relevant thing isn't Twiddle but stuff like Urborg where you are adding land types to your own land. While it is also mostly irrelevant, you don't usually want a land that is based exclusively around adding land types like Urborg in the same deck as a rainbow land, it comes up every once in a while. --- "A shouted order to do something of dubious morality with an unpredictable outcome?
