Sure that's one part of it, but you take countries in Africa for example, the extreme politics of some of those countries are what cause them to be so impoverish. Those issues have to be solved before money issues need to be addressed. In other words, you can't fill a bucket with water if there is a giant hole at the bottom. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
