Go into the display settings by either right clicking and empty source on your desktop and selecting display settings, or by searching for it in the task bar.

Once you're on the settings page scroll down to "Multiple Displays" and change the drop down from "Duplicate these displays" to "Extend these displays"

After you do that, scroll back up to the top of the settings window where it shows your 3 displays and drag them in the order you want them in. Click "Identify" to have windows display a number on each display, so you know which is which.
