Topic	I made a dumb mistake the other day with Comcast

Get billing/customer care, and if they cant fix it DONT let them transfer you. Instead, ask for a supervisor. Alternatively, you could go to the sales department and they may or may not help you. Or theyll transfer you to technical support.
