Sexypwnstar 04/18/22 11:30:38 PM #4: | Dunno if it was just because I was more rested, but I was able to go up a resistance level and maintain a more constant 6.0-6.3 mph speed throughout along with going for 10 more minutes. I was just barely under 10 calories/min burn before.
