People who have been notoriously left behind by their own country and are at a way higher chance of already needing to forgo their dreams to stay home and provide for their family. Rather it's his intention or not. Probably isn't, probably is just ignorant. But none the less, those are the people he's saying "Fuck you, Imma support laws that make it that much harder for you to be able to follow your dreams without potentially putting your families at an even bigger disadvantage" to. Good to see this ignorance thriving in our people.
