Funny story: I once purchased the Ruffles Sour Cream and Onion(around 2015) and they tasted like the Chedder ones. I like them both but was kind of upset because I wanted Sour Cream and Onion.

So I called up the phone number for them, I think it was on the bag, and complained. Not like a Karen or whatever, nicely and politely. Even laughed about it. But their reaction took me by surprise. They took it <u>VERY</u> seriously. Had me put the bag in the fridge and sent me a return package. Sent me like $25 voucher/coupon to get more chips.

I never understood their reaction til this day. Youd think I said I found a pube in them(like I did at Red Robins, a story for another time).
