Even laughed about it. But their reaction took me by surprise. They took it VERY seriously. Had me put the bag in the fridge and sent me a return package. Sent me like $25 voucher/coupon to get more chips. That's a pretty obvious failure of their quality control, some operator probably put the wrong packaging in the machine. Meaning a hilo brought the wrong packaging, the operator didn't notice, the person checking quality didn't notice, and so on.
