You get part of the medallion there. I think I got to it by beating the boss you encounter after the tunnels that have the singing bats. actually, I was first abducted by those torture device things at the bottom of the academy, beat the duo torture device bosses, and got to Mt. Gelmir, I think, and after some exploration, it led me to AP. yillin posted...
