If the idea is bad to begin with, nobody's going to trip over themselves to try to get the meaning for themselves. You'll have to do a better job of explaining. Maybe avoid using commonly recognized terms like "private property" outside of their usual meaning. Also, there's absolutely nothing wrong with paying for property and then paying people to operate it for you. --- I write Naruto Fanfiction.
