Chris is right that he's a "boring" target, in a sense. A scumteam with Chris on him might use it on him (I remember we had a scumteam with a kidnapper use it to kidnap scum Chris night 1) But a different scumteam might toss it on him just to create WIFOM and Chrisfear. Ultimately it's null and I kind of just don't care. I just think it improves Chang's stock and I'm ok settling with that. --- So a planet's somewhere out there, their history the same as ours is written. The only difference is that...
