Topic	The housing market is getting crazier

Is it different when we are trying to buy from homes being built in these newer subdivision? Like we dont have to compete as much as long as we have what they are asking for? Luckiliy for us, waiting for a house to be built is an option since we can move with her parents for a year or 2 to wait for one to be built.
