I'm trying to understand what she wants. She said she loves and respects trans people and she said trans people are different than cis people.

This is all fine and she is technically correct. Did she say something worse?

Before you get on my case here, when I say different I don't mean they should be treated different by society, only that they have biological differences that are inarguable in good faith, but should not preclude them engaging in society fully.

I find it hard to understand too. She says stuff like this, but then she goes well out of her way to selectively seek out and then pin stories of transitioning gone wrong. It rings less like wanting to report the facts or "balance the scales" and more like wanting to find anecdotes that support her position.
