Topic	Advice on catching package thief asshole neighbor?

Since then another package went missing, and my ubereats order got stolen tonight :) I'm thinking my options here are either Setup a decoy package with a motion detector/GPS tracker Setup doorbell cam I'm not really familiar with the technology in either case, has anyone done either of these? The doorbell cam seems very expensive (and many require a subscription), and I don't have doorbell wiring setup in my apartment.
