Love me some candy. do you really think that cutting out sugar would help with every day anxiety? Would it be easier to say.. order a sandwich from subway? The weirdest things give me anxiety. Im a bartender, so talking to people and stuff doesnt give me anxiety, but like.. the thought of being late to anything makes me feel like Im gonna have a panic attack.
