Strongly disagree. As someone else who lost their virginity way later than I should have, dry spells are hardly depressing at for me because now I know sex isn't really a big deal or that important. When I was an adult virgin my whole situation felt impossible to fix and I felt I'd never be able to be loved etc. Now it's just like, damn I'm kinda horny and wish I was dating someone.
