He's not just some random guy, he's a very popular radio personality in the Los Angeles area, but also broadcasts nationwide. He has a team of lawyers behind him making sure everything he does is legal. He had to scrap one of his old bits because it could have caused legal problems. Also to the people who say "I wish he came to my area/around me!" he's probably been to your area, and many others which are considered dangerous.
