Datamining found some stuff (Alexander quest spoilers:) ~~you were supposed to be able to talk to NPCs in Jarburg and maybe give Alexanders innards to one of the jar kids there to do some other stuff~~ also just generally it seems like theres npc stuff that isnt totally implemented...
