LMFAO. Good luck getting a company to jump on that proposal. As productive and fun as a workplace staffed almost entirely by parents (since nobody child free will work there) who can come and go as they please sounds, that's a textbook case of discrimination. While you're at it and headed for court anyway, may as well have a policy to pay people based on how many kids they do/don't have.
