we don't know the specifics but essentially everyone in the cast could likely just walk if the conditions were actually bad, given the only stipulations put forward in terms of joining state a minimum length of a year and a proviso for three pieces of content a week. Like it's already been demonstrated that the core fanbase will follow if they decide to go elsewhere, multiple times, even. So all the "hurrdurr black company!" rrats seem empty even before considering *they have multiple people who actually have worked for black companies and jumped ship to do this*.

Bullying between talents seems improbable but I could believe in minor impersonal slights being misinterpreted given that like 90% of the roster seem to be terrible at actually talking to people.

Middle management do come across as anything from "Extremely Competent" to "colossal fuckups" depending on the talent in question and the time of day, though. There's been enough stories of awful managers getting thrown out to lend credence to that, at least, but then again, the stories are of them being thrown out when fuckery is apparent, so you can't exactly argue that they aren't doing anything about it.
