Ah yes, because "he" and "she" tell you what someone's name is

Men use "Mr."

Women use "Ms."

Non-binary people... do most of them use "Mz", "Zim," "Zer", or want to avoid the honorific altogether.

I call everyone by their first name, so this person would be no different.

I never call anyone but friends at work by their first name, and I like to be treated the same way. I consider being overly informal a little disrespectful.

I've also noticed that, left to my own devices, I use the first name more often with female subordinates than with male subordinates, and in different situations. So to avoid any appearance of favoritism I use Mr/Ms./Title last name almost always. Title last name in writing, of course.
