Very fun to do in Star Ocean 2 (Again, the best part of that game), and semi mandatory at certain points in Star Ocean 3 if you're playing on the harder difficulties. Tales of Vesperia and Tales of the Abyss are also the more fun games in the series to smash wide open. But most fun JRPG (I think it counts tbh) to break period is Parasite Eve.
