Topic	My manager just called me to tell me she's putting in for a $3 raise for me

Don't count your chickens To be honest, I was cool with making $16/hr for at least a few more months since I like where I work and I'm brand new to this industry. I also found out earlier today that my coworker basically talked to the manager and told her that I've been a huge help to him and that I've been killing it and that I deserve to make more money.
