| DeltaBladeX 02/16/22 1:11:21 PM #26: | Voltorb / Electrode. In Gen 1, without using TMs, it had no Electric type moves available to it. It had Tackle, Sonic Boom, Swift, Self Destruct and Explosion. So a mostly useless moveset that used only its terrible physical attack stat. With TMs, you could add attacks that used its okay Special stat, but only Thunderbolt and Thunder, nothing else that could use it.
