Just remove the stuff they got and move on! Sure, I'd prefer if they had just removed the extra resources in some way rather than do a 15 day ban. I just think some kind of punishment is reasonable for people who clearly thought the dust was a bug and deliberately tried to exploit the bug by using leaked information.
