The only thing, IMO, that isn't clear cut is if the guy had the gun in his hand or not. Tests report that the gun only had prints and DNA that matches the suspect, so I think that rules out it being planted. So I don't really see an issue with what I can see in the video, with the only real question is if the guy had the gun in his hand and was a threat or not. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
