She didn't kill him, I'd say her reaction wasn't extreme enough. The alleged assailant does not deserve to die for his actions. He deserves a fair trial and an opportunity for rehabilitation (if guilty). The mom's actions were almost as repulsive as the boyfriend's. Both of them should be treated in the same manner.
