It makes pretty much any interaction with anyone not in my family way harder because I'm constantly nervous and constantly dreading having to talk to people. It's not a very light feeling either, it's an overwhelming feeling of worry and dread that starts even on my days off before I go in to work. And that's not even going into how it effects how I talk to people, because I trip on my own words a lot. I don't think you realize how serious it is.
