mirage_004 09/13/17 12:37:09 PM #10: | Multivitamins certainly work, but the quality is variable because regulation is lax and your body doesn't utilize 100% of the pill (to be fair, your body doesn't utilize 100% of anything you eat). Most of the B-vitamins are indeed immediately excreted by the kidneys, but that's supposed to happen when you take that much in a condensed form like that. IMO, it's still wise to take a multi to make sure you won't have any vitamin-deficient problems. They're safe to take on a regular basis and are inexpensive. --- Need a new signature here. ...
