I live in a 5 person suite, theres the living room that we all share, and then theres 2 doubles and 2 singles. The singles share a thermostat with the double that they're next to, and the actual thermostat is in the double's room so the person in the single (which I have) has to deal with whatever fucking temperature the people in the double leave it on.

And my roommates have the AC on all. fucking. day. no matter what.

I really don't understand how someone can live that way purposefully. Its so cold in my room that my iPhone's battery just shuts off all the time because its too cold, the only other time that happens is in the Winter time when I'm outside, so I have to leave it plugged in just to use my phone in my own room. And its not even like its hot outside or anything, its been consistently in the mid to low 60s the past couple of weeks.

The first 2 weeks of school I wasn't in my room much at all, I was pretty much only there to sleep so I didn't think too much of it or I guess I wasn't there long enough to notice as much, but I've had a lot of homework recently so I've been in my room a lot more the past couple of days and I'm in here dying. I already have seasonal allergies so I have a cold all the time, but this is making it even worse. I haven't said anything yet because I don't want to be that jerk roommate thats a dick over stuff like this but now I'm upset to the point where I'm ready to curse someone out because I know they were also in their room most of the day today, I really don't understand how the fuck you can have the AC blasting like this all day because I don't see how its on anything but the highest setting. Maybe they don't know we share AC systems, but what the hell do you think those 2 big ass vents are for? Tomorrow if its like this again, I'm most definitely saying something.
