I love em but never make em myself It's only a pain if you don't have leftover boiled potatoes on hand. Lucky for me, I had three large ones I boiled last night. So all I did was cut them into small chunks, after which I threw them in a hot pan with a little bit of oil in it. Then I seasoned with salt and pepper.
