That's $19,465,710 in funding. Pay the teachers $50k, and that makes $6,000,000. Where the hell is the other thirteen million going?

Even given the numbers provided, it's taking in 17.9 million, and paying out 9.98 million in salary and benefits. That still leaves 7.92 million completely missing. Are we supposed to believe the district is blowing eight million dollars on buses and building maintenance?
