I think we can agree that this is fucking bullshit. A link to a video and a link to a link to a video is a pedantic distinction that isn't outlined in the TOS in any way shape or form. Like I said before, using this logic, anyone could get away with posting anything so long as they have at least one degree of separation. I posted a link to a video. Not an embedded video. The difference between my post and the other post is that mine you had to click once to play in a new window/tab and his you had to click twice.
