He basically keeps it to himself and also tries to get Lights help on the case, to keep a close eye on him. But his first conversation with Light he tells him that he's pretty sure he's Kira. Though he then tells him that he did it because if Light was Kira, that would put the most pressure on him. --- Dielman on Rivers: "I've tried to get him to say s--- or f--- and all he'll ever do is say, 'Golly gee, I can't do that." ...
