And the statement you quoted said "more evenly", which is a comparative statement. Since the waves penetrate the food and as such can heat inside as well as outside, it is true. An oven heats outside first, then as that gets hotter and hotter, some heat transfers further inside. Not so evenly. --- Everything has an end, except for the sausage. It has two. ...
