Isolationism is a big theem. Racial purity is a big theme. This links Trump Voters to Klingons to Racial Purity. A is to B as B is to C. They didn't specifically say white nationalist but clearly this is the characterization they intend to allude to. The point was there were reasons to vote for Trump that had nothing to do with racial purity. By linking them in this way they are actually misrepresenting the current culture within the US. Isolationism and racial purity aren't even that prevalent in US except for some very vocal groups that are looking for a dragon to slay and so are stirring one up. --- No locked doors, no windows barred.
