The measurements weren't so important anyway, it's just basically a marinade so you can eyeball the soy sauce and syrup. CirocObama posted... I love maangchi! I just discovered her, she's a batty women but this food is legit. dragnmaninferno posted... Looks good pinky. I usually do roast them, they turn out great but it's a very different kind of great. Very moist and soft with a bit of roasted crispiness.
