Not necessarily...As a former 'bully' my intention was to get the person I was picking on to stand up for themselves and make them stronger. I just wanted to see everyone be successful, especially the ones that were lowest on the totem pole. I knew bullies that were relentless and didn't care at all and that always pissed me off, they were a total disgrace to the bully game.
