So rather than mark it and move on, I decided to check and see if I could find the source (even though I've never been late on my credit card payments). So I tried to log on, but go figure since I never log in, I don't know which of my 958932 passwords it is (let alone my username, though I would've preferred to enter my email instead). So try 1 is wrong and try 2 locks me out altogether. Like really? I get that security is important, but I could've gotten locked even if it was just a damn typo.
