I'm sure black people dealt with most/all of the same shit from cops and whatnot that they do now, but there wasn't a victim mentality that fractures the two groups and creates poor relations. The "driving while black" thing has been around for decades. If CE had existed back then you'd be saying the exact same "victim mentality" stuff you're saying now.
