Topic	When did race relations start getting worse again?

Things were relatively relaxed for most of the 90s and 2000s It really was the same then the difference is now the media covers the race incidents more. Nah, it was objectively better. I'm sure black people dealt with most/all of the same shit from cops and whatnot that they do now, but there wasn't a victim mentality that fractures the two groups and creates poor relations.
