They seemed well loved from how much attention they get. most people don't have strong opinions one way or another about them, but generally i'd say that most people are fine with them except for the attention they get over things like Kate being pregnant (which is more of a media issue than anything else) so like 60/40 except most people don't really care more than "yea or nay" --- ...
