Topic	Why is the acronym for PS1 called PSX?

Don't know why they put the N at the end, seeing how in Japan, it's NGC, for Nintendo Gamecube, obviously. Supposedly that's because the Neo Geo Color already existed when the GameCube was released That would make sense --- PONG WAS REAL?
