I've at least heard people try and justify Jamie. He's an incredibly well developed character who's gone through a lot of growth over the course of the show. Saving: The Hound The Hound has, but I'd say Jaime has more character development throughout and becomes a more compelling character. Like, everyone hated season 1/2 Jaime and wanted him to get killed. But he becomes one of the most well liked characters by the end of the show. The Hound was always decent, aside from killing the butchers boy. I feel like that's why I prefer The Hound over Jaime. It was always pretty clear he was just doing his job, and had a good soul deep down just covered by a lot of shit. Jaime kinda 180'd. --- "She was like, 'Oh, did you see that firefighter?
