I don't but they were responding to gun shots and for some reason he became a suspect. You treat that suspect as if they do until they're cleared. Better handled the way it was than not making expectations clear and shooting someone just for moving or approaching the situation lackadaisicaly and getting shot as to not hurt feelings. They responded to a shooting. Apprehended a suspect who wasn't hurt and then cleared the matter and let him go. Don't see an issue. --- The gamefaqs moderation team knows dogs capable of being offended, cant laugh at a joke, and like to punish jokes that are acceptable on prime time TV pg shows. ...
