Hence why these topics exist because the definition doesn't match the use. Because what you personally feel a millennial is according to various negative character traits you dislike is not what a millennial is, and that's entirely my point. Millennials are just people born within a certain date range. The exacts of that date range are up to scrutiny, but generally agree on somewhere between 1980 and 2000. If you want to define millenials as just anyone who is a snowflake who needs to toughen up and get a real job, that's fine.
