Topic	Should the federal government really be helping out with hurricane relief?

Isn't that taxation without representation? I'll never need hurricane relief and yet I'm paying for it. Because as long as entire cities are taking a bath, they're not contributing any tax income, not to mention their production of food, energy, and other resources that the rest of the country uses.
