In what ways? They are all good schools. Caltech is amazing if you are into STEM. Stanford is probably the biggest name brand in universities right now, which is a big plus for credentials, especially if you are good at meeting people/getting internships. Stanford is particularly good if you want to go into academics/research because they get a metric f*ton of funding. UC Berkley is probably the next tier down but still a good name school if you can get into it (I'd say there are maybe 25ish universities where the name of the school matters to employers, and all 3 are on it, though UC is probably a bit lower on it). You'd be fortunately to get into any of them. If you had to choose, thats where location and culture fit matters. UC is very liberal and a hippie sort of vibe, Stanford is more conservative and urban in feel. Caltech is if you don't want to date at all and want to focus on your studies.
