I mean I didn't know the last one that NK tested was that big. I guess I just assumed they didn't have the resources.
You'd think, but the rate at which they've advanced both their ballistics AND nuke technology in the last 5 years is extremely suspect. There's no way for them to have gotten this far this fast without outside assistance.
