First off, I'm black. I'm not sure what triggered this. I haven't even thought about race this week let alone read/watch something to trigger it. It was strange.

So it started when I was looking at my Boss and Co-Worker talking. I was pretty far away from them behind a shelf. I have no idea who these people are in real life. I don't even know how I knew what they were. I look in the body mirror next to me and see that I'm dressed up nicely with white gloves on. I don't know what this job is I worked at. I'm guessing i was a bell boy for a fancy hotel or something. I don't know. That was my guess after thinking about it.

I see a group of white people walk in all sporting Trump campaign merch. From hats to shirts. It was a good variety of people. Young and old. Men and women. I remember 3 young men in particular. I saw the Trump stuff and I just rolled my eyes in disgust and kept to myself. I then noticed the 3 young men talking to each other and looking at me.

Before I knew it, two of them walked up to me. They started saying all kind of racist stuff to me. From calling me "boy" to dropping the big time racist word. I wasn't really responding and just ignoring them. Then I got sucker punched and pretty much got jumped. I was getting beat down this shelf. For some reason I don't remember any pain and I didn't scream for help. I just took it. Then one guy pulled out and came at me full force with it. He was aiming for my skull. As soon as it was about to pierce me I woke up.

I wasn't in sweats, shaking or anything. I just realized it was a dream and went back to sleep.
